Yukon Government is looking to license an integrated cloud-based citizen engagement platform to create more opportunities for residents to participate in online engagement. Based on our current pilot of a cloud hosted engagement platform, we are looking to contract an integrated cloud-hosted solution to meet our citizen engagement objectives for a period of three years. 

The solution will host all Yukon Government online public engagements, collect feedback, and report on results. The solution will need to provide the capacity to host an unlimited number of engagements, and the ability to archive completed or non-active projects. It will need to provide access to multiple administrators with platform-wide access, as well as functionality to allow for up to 20 project specific administrators who have access to specific project pages. 

The solution must provide custom branding to provide a seamless experience with the Yukon.ca design patterns, and SSO access for staff. The successful vendor must also provide annual technical support for the product.
