The Government of Yukon wishes to procure consultant services for the design of Biomass Heating System Infrastructure at Government owned Highway Maintenance Camps located in Dawson City, Destruction Bay and Carcross Yukon. Work will entail site assessment, concept design, detailed design and construction administration services to support the installation of redundant, heating system infrastructure, as well as Owner's Advisor services to support the installation of a third-party biomass plant for each maintenance camp. |
