Beaver Creek, Carcross, Carmacks, Destruction Bay, Faro, Haines Junction, Mayo, Old Crow, Pelly Crossing, Ross River, and Teslin

Traditional Territory:  

Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun, Kluane First Nation, Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation, Ross River Dena Council, Selkirk First Nation, Teslin Tlingit Council, Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation, and White River First Nation.

Provide Relief Primary Health Care Nursing Services Working in an Expanded Nursing Scope of Practice for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, for a maximum duration of three (3) years upon mutual agreement.
