Description: 
  1.  

The project scope is to demolish and dispose existing contaminated floor tile in the hallways, make good subflooring to manufacturer’s recommendations, and install sheet vinyl flooring and rubber base. Work shall be completed during the Yukon Department of Education summer break: June 17 to August 6, 2021. Occupancy shall be in phases. Please reference construction drawings which corresponds as follows:

Occupancy phase 1:  July 2, 2021

Occupancy phase 2:  July 23, 2021

Occupancy phase 3: August 6, 2021
