Description: 

This project is to complete the landscaping around the Watson Lake Administration Building following its recent retrofitting. 

 

The work includes, without limitation, the demolition and construction of concrete sidewalks, and slab, construction of decomposed granite pathways, installation of river rock beds, installation of boulders, construction of a concrete paving stone pathway (stone reclaimed from site), construction of planted berms, the planting of trees, shrubs, groundcovers and hydroseeding, the construction and installation on a kiosk, (including concrete foundation), and the supply and installation of flag poles (including concrete foundation).

 

The date of Substantial Performance of Work is October 31, 2021.
