The contractor will provide one qualified security guard at the YG Main Administration Building located at 2071 2nd Avenue, Whitehorse, Yukon. Qualified security guard means having appropriate training and mandatory licensing under the Yukon Private Investigators and Security Guard Act.
The contractor will provide rates for the following: Security Guard stationed at the MAB Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm YST (excluding holidays): regular rate (for 9 hours per day) and overtime rate. The contractor will provide rates for the occasional security guard, if required: regular rate (for 9 hours per day) and overtime rate. The actual value of the contract will be determined by the hours worked at the quoted rate. The actual value will be determined when the contract is complete and will be based on the volume of work completed and invoices received and approved. The duration of the contract length is approximately seven (7) months plus the option to renew for one (1) year.
