Transportation Aviation Branch (TAB) requires the services of qualified civil, electrical and geotechnical engineers to provide engineering technical advisory, site investigations, design, tendering, construction oversight and inspection services. This is the onboarding process for the initial prequalification list resulting from RFQ-2025-7-4656.   In line with the terms of the initial RFQ, Part F: Terms of Qualified Source List (Section 6.1), the Owner is providing an opportunity for Respondents to qualify and to be added to the PQL. Respondents that were successfully added to the PQL, through the original RFQ-2025-7-4656 process or any subsequent onboarding, do not need to re-apply.
