This Request for Standing Offer (RSO) is for the hiring of third party light and heavy duty equipment rentals with operator for use by Wildland Fire Management during the 2026-2028 fire and non-fire seasons.

Only equipment listed herein may be submitted for consideration. All other equipment for use under Third Party Equipment Rental can be submitted during the onboarding period for RFQ 3081 - March Intake 2026. Additional hiring of equipment by Wildland Fire Management may be done utilizing the Qualified Source List from submissions on RFQ 3081.
