Community: Yukon Territory Wide, including Beaver Creek, Carcross, Carmacks, Dawson City. Destruction Bay, Faro, Haines Junction, Mayo, Old Crow, Ross River. Tagish, Teslin, Watson Lake, and Whitehorse Traditional Territory: Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun, Kluane First Nation, Kwanlin Dün First Nation, Liard First Nation, Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation, Ross River Dena Council, Selkirk First Nation, Ta’an Kwäch’än Council, Teslin Tlingit Council, Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in, Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation, White River First Nation The Yukon Government is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a Functional Alignment and Integration Assessment of the health and wellness system across the territory. This project aims to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and integration of health and wellness services, ensuring alignment with high-level organizational mandates, guiding principles, and the needs of Yukoners.
