The Government of Yukon (YG) is seeking to enhance its digital forms services capability with a modern and capable set of features and functions. This is part of a broader online service modernization effort, and this RFQ may therefore result in multiple contracts. The broader effort is called Citizen-centred Service Delivery Strategy (CCSD), and its key focus is to move towards an integrated IT and back-office service architecture across all parts of government departments - reaping efficiency gains while at the same time enabling better, more citizen-focused service delivery. YG is seeking to build an ecosystem of qualified suppliers with capabilities for the planning, implementation, sustainment, analysis, and support of CCSD. Specific to this RFQ, the capabilities of interest surround all aspects of digital forms (or e-forms) solutions and their successful implementation and support. Three main areas of interest are: online forms authoring (including low-code or no-code approaches to digital forms, across a variety of government services and programs); forms data management (mechanisms for persistent storage, management and use of data gathered via forms, in support of a variety of back-office workflows); and forms management (for online, fillable PDF and paper-based forms, to track forms throughout their lifecycle). 

This is a reissue of RFQ-2022-9-1940. Companies that are already on the prequalification list (previously known as the qualified source list or QSL) for that RFQ should not apply to this new RFQ.
