The Yukon Development Corporation seeks to engage qualified legal service providers to support a multi-jurisdictional energy infrastructure project involving Indigenous partnerships, regulatory approvals, and complex commercial arrangements. Legal services expertise that could span the full lifecycle of the project—from strategy and initiation through to commissioning is being sought. This is an RFQ to shortlist qualified legal service providers. A subsequent contract will be awarded to a suitability qualified bidder.
