Yukon Government (YG) as represented by Highways and Public Works (HPW) is requesting bids for construction services. The existing Fire Alarm System in St. Elias Community School is not fully functional. The Fire Alarm System is a life safety system, required by code and by law, thus needs to be fully operational. The objective of this project is to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new single-stage addressable fire alarm system, complete set-up, provide fire watch during construction, and provide all applicable alarm system test and inspections to create a functional system deliverable. This project will be taking place in the community of Haines Junction located on the traditional territory of the Champagne Aishihik First Nation. |
