The Government of Yukon (YG) as represented by Department of Highways and Public Works (HPW), Property Management Division (PMD), Capital Development Branch (CD), is seeking bids from consultants to provide detailed design and construction-phase services for mechanical systems upgrades at Chief Zzeh Gittlit School in Old Crow. The scope of consulting services includes, but is not limited to, assessment of existing systems, development of mechanical and DDC designs, preparation of design development and construction tender documents, cost estimating, contract administration, construction review, commissioning support, and post-construction warranty services. Community: Old Crow, Yukon Traditional Territory: Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation This RFB is a second stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 Request for Qualifications Consultant Services for Building Development for the Mechanical Engineering Area of Expertise.
