Design-Build for the Whitehorse Correctional Center BioMass District Heating Expansion and associated site works. The district expansion will connect two facilities, the Young Offenders Facility, located on adjacent lot 1033, 71354 CLSR YT, 88-108 LTO YT and Takihini Haven located on the same lot as Whitehorse Correctional Center and existing biomass system, lot 509, 53002 CLSR YT, 30182 LTO YT located in Whitehorse, Yukon in the Traditional Territories of Ta'an Kwach'an Council and Kwanlin Dun First Nation.
