This project consists of construction of a highway rest area at KM 60 of the Top of the World Highway #9, including site preparation, installation of two culverts, excavation and placement of two holding tanks, the pouring of two concrete pads and installation of two outhouses, and placement of garbage cans, picnic tables, regulatory signs, and interpretive panel posts.
