The Department of Highways and Public Works (HPW) is requesting information from interested parties regarding a proposed overhaul of the YG service approach based on industry standard IT frameworks as well as standard tools and software utilized as part of a robust enterprise service desk solution.

This RFI is intended to collect information on available consulting and advisory services to assist in this endeavor.
