The Yukon government (YG) is developing a citizen-facing identity management service and related features and functions as part of a broader program. This RFQ may therefore result in multiple contracts. The program is called MyYukon, and it will provide single sign-on and an online portal to numerous other online services. YG is seeking to build an ecosystem of qualified suppliers with capabilities for the planning, implementation, sustainment, analysis, and support of MyYukon. Capabilities of interest include Identity management functions; portal functions; single sign-on; app development; digital wallets; design and programming; end-user relationship management and support; information security; permissions management and notifications; analytics, analysis, and reporting; and consulting.
