Notice is hereby given by Government of Yukon, Department of Highways and Public Works, of its intent to contract with Chief Isaac Group of Companies (Chief Isaac Inc.), to provide long-term office space in Dawson City, Yukon. Government of Yukon requires approximately 1,800 square meters of purpose-built office space in downtown Dawson City. Chief Isaac Group of Companies responded to an expression of interest proposing to construct an office building and have the Government of Yukon as an anchor tenant. Estimated Project Value: To be determined Anticipated Contract Length: Minimum lease term of 5 years (possibly a 10 year lease with the option to renew) Government of Yukon, Department of Highways and Public Works, intends to award this contract to Chief Isaac Group of Companies because to the best knowledge of the Department of Highways and Public Works there is only one contractor that can supply the service required. |
