The Government of Yukon (YG) as represented by Department of Highways and Public Works (HPW), Property Management Division (PMD), Capital Development Branch (CD), is seeking bids from qualified consultants to provide detailed design and construction-phase services for repurposing the 3rd floor at the Sarah Steele Building in Whitehorse, Yukon. The scope of consulting services includes but is not limited to design development, preparation of tender documents, cost estimating, contract administration, construction review, and post-construction warranty services. Community: Whitehorse Traditional Territory: Kwanlin Dün First Nation, and Ta’an Kwäch’än Council
This RFB is a second stage procurement following RFQ-2022-2-1403 Request for Qualifications Consultant Services for Building Development for the Architectural Area of Expertise. Only bidders that have been pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a bid on this RFB. |
