Description: 

The Scope of Work is to design and oversee construction of heating system infrastructure for a district system including five (5) existing buildings that is suitable for future connection of a 3rd party biomass boiler plant.  The future biomass boiler plant and will eventually act as the primary source of heat for the five buildings to be included in the district heat system.
