Proposals are requested for the provision of a 100% Engineering Design for closure and reclamation of the former Wellgreen Mill and Tailings Site, KM 1728, Alaska Highway, Yukon. Additionally, at YG’s sole discretion, two optional tasks may be carried out under this contract: 1) assistance with future RFP preparation and contractor award based on the 100% Design, and 2) Owner’s Engineer/Advisor during on-site construction works based on the 100% Design.
