Work under this Contract comprises interior and exterior renovations to the Old Territorial Administration Building (OTAB) located in Dawson City, Yukon. This is
the third phase of the building revitalization project. 

The existing building is a National Historic Site and houses the Dawson City Museum and offices for Yukon Government Justice and Environment Departments. Special precautions are required during construction to protect the existing building from hazards and damage to the historic fabric or character-defining elements and to protect the museum collection from theft or damage.
