Description: 

Brief Description of the Work: The planned upgrades to the Main Administration Building- Parking Lot are to improve water drainage and modernize the space. The scope includes removal and regrading of existing surface; installation of new concrete curbs and asphalt surfacing; installation of a new covered bike shelter. 

The electrical upgrades include new lighting and the provision for electric vehicle charging stations.
