  • 6 bachelor units – approx. 430 ft2 (40m2)
  • 2 barrier free bachelor units – approx. 540 ft2 (40m2)
  • 2 – one-bedroom units – approx. 540 ft2 (50m2)
• B-3 Occupancy classification (supportive housing)
• Multipurpose room with kitchen
• Office space
• Programming room
• Interior Tenant storage
• Mechanical / electrical room
• Enclosed (fenced) exterior courtyard
• All units have laundry appliances, apartment size fridges, induction stovetop range, microwave.
• All units have full bathrooms
