The Supply Services unit of the Yukon Government seeks to efficiently and expeditiously provide various supplies to Yukon Government users, in a manner that is consistent with applicable policy. An online solution is of interest. The intent is to provide a catalogue of items available from authorized suppliers; enable ordering of supplies by a variety of methods, i.e., purchase order or acquisition card; enable order confirmation; interface with existing financial systems and enterprise resource planning systems; implement workflows and policy, including audit and reporting capabilities; and assist with invoicing, acquisition card reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
