Issued by: Department of Community Services – Wildland Fire Management Branch Overview and Information: Community: Haines Junction Traditional Territory: Champagne and Aishihik First Nations Conduct a semi-mechanized vegetation treatment on 85.39 hectares of forest land as per the scope of work. The work is being completed as per the Haines Junction Community Wildfire Protection Plan. This RFP is a second stage procurement following RFQ 2025-1-4154 Request for Qualifications to Provide Mechanized and Non-Mechanized Fuel Treatment Services. Only Proponents who have been prequalified through the original RFQ process - or through any subsequent onboarding process issued under the same terms - are eligible to submit a proposal for this RFP. Any prospective Proponent who has not been prequalified before the Closing Time of this RFP will be ineligible for consideration in this procurement.
