The project includes: Mobilization and demobilization; survey and layout; Locating, Exposing, and protecting all existing utilities in the construction work area; Installation of runway closure markers, provision/placement of barriers to demarcate the closed off areas; Removals, excavation, grading, fill placement and compaction; Granular base and sub base placement, grading and compaction; Installation of new water and sewer mains and associated service connections; Installation of new storm drainage line and catch basin; Adjusting existing catch basin suite new grade; Asphalt milling for the taxiway and apron tie-ins; Hot mix asphalt paving; New pavement paint markings; Re-installation of the runway edge lights to match the new taxiway layout and elevations; Quality control to ensure compliance; Sweeping, dust control and site clean-up; Traffic Control ; Airside security escort; and Environmental compliance.
