The Government of Yukon (GY) is requesting information from interested parties regarding the supply of consultation services to conduct an independent analysis to identify the organization’s core requirements in the areas of Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT), and provide recommendations based on a review of the IM/IT services currently delivered within the Government of Yukon. 

The analysis would determine the strengths and gaps in service offerings with respect to the Government of Yukon’s existing IM/IT capabilities as they relate to the requirements of Yukoners, various government departments, partners, and other external stakeholders. The resulting recommendations are to provide organizational options on how to best develop and deploy IM/IT infrastructure and service offerings to bridge gaps and optimize staffing and funding levels to provide the IM/IT services required in Government of Yukon both now and in the future. 

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information that could assist the Government of Yukon in the development of a future procurement process.  If sufficient information is received, the GY may, but is not obligated to, initiate a competitive bidding opportunity.
