Provide multi-disciplinary consultant services for the design and construction of a new Carmacks District Office. The consultant team will update the functional space and business case reports, analyze the site, develop the new district office design from conceptual up to construction issued design, and provide support to the owner during the procurement for construction contractor, the construction administration phases, and until the end of the construction warranty period.
