This procurement details the turnkey design-build requirements for a new Airfield Lighting Field Electrical Center (ALFEC) installed at Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport (ENWIA). The ALFEC shall contain an Automatic Transfer Switch, Diesel Generator Set (with indoor fuel tank and base mounted day tank), Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS) and Airfield Lighting Switchgear Regulator Assembly (ALSRA). |
