The Government of Yukon is interesting in selling the 5th and Rogers land parcel in Downtown Whitehorse to the private sector for future mixed-use residential/commercial development. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to receive information from developers, contractors, and builders on their level of interest and capacity for buying and developing this parcel of land.
