Community: Whitehorse Traditional Territory: Kwanlin Dün First Nation Traditional Territory, Ta'an Kwäch'än Council Traditional Territory Review current procedures for the preparation and application of Bituminous Surface Treatment (chip seal). The review aims to identify deficiencies in aggregate production, stockpiling, and the application processes. The project will provide practical recommendations to improve quality, durability, and operational efficiency to the chip seal process. |
