Notice is hereby given by Government of Yukon, Department of Environment, of its intent to contract with Superwake Ltd. to provide the following SERVICES: Superwake Ltd. (www.superwake.ca) will be contracted to conduct wildlife survey services. The contract will include travel for technicians and drone(s), all work related to operating the drones, and reporting survey results. This company has successfully conducted wildlife surveys of areas greater than 1000 km2. Anticipated Contract Length: December 1st 2023 to March 30th 2024 (6-10 consecutive days that are weather-dependent). There IS a renewal option for this contract for the next 2 years conditional on funding availability and the department’s needs Estimated Project Value: $75,000.00 Government of Yukon, Department of Environment, intends to direct award this contract to Superwake Ltd. because to the best knowledge of Department of Environment there is only one contractor that can supply the Services required. This work will be carried out on the Traditional Territories of the Kwanlin Dun, Champagne Aishihik, Little Salmon Carmacks and Ta'an Kwachan. |
